sources of short, up front money to cover pre-close costs?

Hi, I'm inquiring about finding money to cover the earnest deposit, inspection, insurance, and attorney fees prior to closing on a wholesale flip. The purchase funds on my buy side are covered, but are there investors willing to loan up front costs not covered by the other funding source? And what would the cost of that money be? I estimate the total amount to be around $4,000+/-, which would be needed for 30 days or less. Thanks for any guidance you can give me!
