Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I'm 25 and new to the REI world. I've done a lot of research on real estate and have read many good books. I currently own a small business in the DC metro area and I was looking at getting into Wholesaling in this area. Can anyone advise me? Does anyone invest/network in my area?
