NJ Newbie Needs Your Assistance!
Hello all! I am a newbie from Southern New Jersey & I'm extremely interested in wholesaling real estate. I've read many post in the wholesaling forum & I am absolutely addicted to Sean Terry's podcasts on iTunes. I AM READY TO MAKE MY FIRST DEAL!!!!!
I've been reaching out to agents but they're unfamiliar with wholesaling & won't give me the time of day. I want to find the areas with high cash transactions so that I know what buyers want & how to price. Is there a way to find info regarding my market without the MLS? (There aren't any REI meetings coming up until the end of Feb/early March.)(I registered for classes to receive my RE license, but the courses were cancelled due to low enrollment) & Someone suggested redfin but there's no info for my state.
Also, I was thinking of calling the bandit signs I see along the street & ask the "buyers" exactly what they're looking for & where. Do you think that's a good idea?
I know that I am like ignorance on fire but you know what, it's better than knowledge on ice! Thanks in advance for your assistance.
