Vacant lot opportunity

Someone has approached me about purchasing a vacant lot (residential) they own. Unfortunately, none of the investors on my buyers list is interested in purchasing one.

Are investors not interested in vacant lots? Has anyone ever wholesaled one before?

I'm trying to decide if it's something I should put my time and effort into or if I should just walk away.

Any thoughts are welcome.
