Wholesale Marketing Flyer... pics of comps?

Hello everyone, this is my second question and I appreciate all the constructive feedback Iv'e received from the first post.

Iv'e been been constructing my first marketing flyer that displays pics and details of the subject property and its comps. I was recently informed that we are not allowed to use images found off the internet like zillow for the comps (I take my own subject property pictures). Is this true? If so, is there any sort of way to obtain permission or find an alternative source of comp pics for the flyer? Do pics of comp properties even help a buyer feel more secure about making a decision?

Constructive feedback for a self-admitting newbie is welcome. I would like to thank everyone ahead of time for their patience and time in responding to this post.
