Assignment Contracts (Texas)
If I don't have a real estate license can I still assign purchase agreements? The law that was past is kind of confusing.

@Austin Dickson In the special provisions section of the contract I put “Buyer has the right to rent, rehab and resell, assign or seller finance the property” which covers all your bases. But again, you may want to consult an attorney.
