Waiting on the buyer

Anthony Broadus
Posted

Have verbal confrontations from the buyer saying he wants to buy the house at $210K but want to wait til after 3pm before he pays me my EMD. I think he might try to use this as a reason to lower my assignment fee for the property should I allow them to view the property & wait to see what the General Contractor says. Or decline because I know any buyer want the GC is see the property. I just don't want my time to be wasted and I still can market the property for better offers.
