Tax Redemption & Escrow

Hey BP! Im about to make an offer on my 1st property and had one very important thought come to mind..

If I'm going to offer on a property and there are taxes owed, will the title company tell us the exact amount owed after it's put in escrow? Or do I need to fill out a Tax Redemption form first with the county?

We currently know a ballpark figure of the amount owed based off the county website
