Full-Time Teacher Looking to spend wisely...

Michael Green
Posted

I'm relatively new to wholesaling (I've done a few JV deals but they are few and far between). I am also a full-time teacher with summers off. I've decided to be more disciplined with the money I make from teaching and believe I can consistently maintain a $300 budget every month just for wholesaling. Any suggestions on how to use this money wisely? My goal is to do a couple deals this summer and build momentum going into the next school year. But as you already know, my available time will drastically change once I'm back at work. Please be specific.

Thanks!
