Inbound Call Outsourcing: Time-Based Routing? Call Center?

Hey BP Gang,

I'm looking for time-based routing for my inbound calls. Basically, I have employees and need to have the inbound calls routed to them during specific times of the day, and then routed back to me when outside of their shift hours. I know there are companies like AirCall out there that offer time-based routing, however, it looks like they continually have terrible call quality and consistently drop calls.

Anybody out there have any suggestions?

I have a few options here:

  • Find a good Time-Based Routing VoIP system
  • Hire out inbound calls to a Call center
    • I found a good call center that I trust but they are not open during the weekends and I have a good amount of calls coming in then. So a lot of calls would be missed on Saturday and a few that trickle in on Sunday. Missed calls = no good
  • Hire a VA to strictly manage leads and take inbound calls (however, I do not have the call capacity to support this currently)

Any advice here or prior experiences would be incredibly helpful!

Thanks in advance,

Ryan
