What’s is the best strategies that ACTUALLY WORK to market your wholesaling business?

I’m 18 (senior in high school) and I’m wanting to make my first deal within the next three months.

I’m hearing about these ideas to marketing.

-Like “driving for dollars” but how do you find the home owners phone number?

-Or “badnit signs” they’re illegal and you can get fined so how do you get away with it?
