Real Estate Investing Course or Book Recommendations
Hello everyone,
My name is Luis from San Diego California.
I co-own a small starting construction development company emphasized in single family residential properties.
I have been researching the web for about a month now on how to begin investing in real estate. I am extremely interested in "wholesaling" especially since it's a good way to get my feet wet.
I've been reading up on all I can find and seem to have a grasp on the basic concepts however information on the general concepts is abundant but I am missing the details. I've also been listening to a lot of videos from the Flip-Man. You might have heard of him.
I would like to ask you experienced wholesalers on the forum if there is any book, course or learning tool that you recommend I use for studying and learning the subject in order to obtain the "know how" and specific details of wholesaling. If possible, anything you used that helped you get started.
There is just so much on the web and so many different avenues to choose from that it gets frustrating not knowing where to start.
I'm very excited to have found this forum and I appreciate any and all feedback as well as information you'd like to share. :)
Thank you in advance.
Luis

My best advice is to find your local REIA club at BiggerPockets REIA list and then you will meet real people who can answer your question, and better yet, teach you the ropes themselves. It's not about books and tapes and CDs and DVDs and one perfect guru. It's about networking with real people in your area. They are the ones you really need to talk to now.
