Probate P.R. is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
This is the first time I have seen a bank as the personal representative. Why in the world would anyone appoint a bank to rep an estate? Maybe if it’s a big $$$ estate but that is not the case here. Estate Value is under $250K and the first creditor in line is (You guessed it) Wells Fargo for $15k. The probate file only lists WF as personal representative so I can’t tell if WF is the administrator or executor.
Now here comes another first-the PR in this probate file is the County Public Administrator. Is this a case of an estate with some $$$ and a decedent with no will and no heirs?
