Wholesaling contract help

Hello, I'm a newbie at this Real Estate / wholesaling, but working my way through it slowly . I'm finding properties to make offers on but yet to make any offers . So here is my issues . How long should the contract between the seller an I be ? Question 2 is how do I determine how much to sale the contract for once I fine a buyer ? Thanks In advance for any an all help.

I’m a newbie to still learn long but you have to know know the formula to get the numbers right. Since your from NC I would advise you to listen to max maxwell he’s from NC. If you watch his videos on YouTube you would learn a lot from him
