Anyone use Facebook Marketplace to find wholesale deals?

Im on Dacebook and i see properties ranging fron 15k to 115k. Many of the titles mention Imvestors. I am still searching for my 1st deal. Has anyone used Facebook Marketplace to find deals and if so how do you approach them?
