Quality Leads by Zone? (and a general wholesale discussion)

Hello, Bigger Pockets fam!

I'm a new wholesaler in Tacoma, WA! (Hit me up!)

I've pulled numbers by zone with Mojo dialer but I was not at all satisfied with the lead quality. I'd like to just pull every single address from my identified zipcodes and batchskiptrace the whole list. Anyone have advice on how to do that?

Also, what are your thoughts on wholesaling in markets like Tacoma/Seattle?

Much love!

@Kurran Keating I like Mojo dialer as a dialer but the leads they offer are not good. You are much better off importing your own leads. Try listsource
