Purchase agreements

Hey all,

I'm looking for a quality purchase agreement for assignment and an assignment agreement.

Perferably 1 page, quick and easy, yet also safe leaving my options open.

Does anyone have a good set of contracts for wholesaling to share?

Appreciate it, thank you in advance.

Hey Tommy

Be careful asking for various purchase agreements. Not that it isn't good to have variety. Just that in the beginning of ones career it may be tough for one to determine which one is worthy and why.

I would suggest since you're in California to ask a Realtor for a copy of the agreement they would use and then have them explain the paragraphs.

This will at the least give you an understand of basic purchase agreements.

Then take theirs and determine how it is different than one successful investors use.

One of our tasks is explaining our contractual position to the seller escrow lender and buyer and doing so takes a little research.

Anyway. Good luck in your search
