Need guidance on a potential land deal

Hey, new investor. Went driving for dollars and ended up befriending a realtor who brought me a huge land deal for 42 acres and a home attatched that needs minor work. We got under contract for a pretty big discount, and we need to find a buyer. We've posted CL ads, reached out to a few people in my partner's network, no hard bites as of yet. Would you guys have any reccomendations on how to find a land buyer for this deal?
