If i'm closing A-B transaction first how do I use my buyer's money to flip the bill? Would the title company allow me to use my end buyers money $$ to pay A?

@Charlene Caceres some title companies will allow you to use the end buyers funds to close the first transaction but they can be hard to come by. Most companies have issues with their carriers extending coverage on those types of transactions so it can be an issue. In the event you do need funding we provide transactional funding with rates staring at 1%. Best of luck!
