Contracts of Assignment in California

Hello everyone, my name is Brittany, I'm from Los Angeles, California. I'm working on my first deal wholesaling in my local area. Ive got my list of buyers, potential preforclosure properties, but no contract of assignment or any idea where to begin finding one. I'm starting with a preforclosure because of my lack of funding so purchasing a contract is not an option for me at the moment. Any idea where I might find a contract in california free of charge?
