When Wholesaling and talking to a cash buyer

When you have a property under contract and cash buyers contact you do you qualify them first before walking through the property ??? Do you ask if they’re financing or paying cash if so do you ask for proof of funds or pre approval letter from lender ??? Or do you just show the house to anyone interested . ?? I’m asking because I have a property under contract but live 2 hours away . Don’t want to just drive for them to not even qualify . Does that turn cash buyers off ??
