Hi investors I am a newbie to the wholesaling world and have a question concerning tittle company or attorney fees in my state when wholesaling depending on what area you live you can use an attorney or tittle company to search for liens etc on the house my question is who pays for those feels the buyer or the wholesaler and who chooses the attorney or title company the buyer or wholesaler
