Best Bulk Skip Tracing Service?

Can anyone recommend a cheap bulk skip tracing service? I'm looking to have 20 or 30 thousand traces done in one shot.

Right now I'm paying 50 cents a pop which is okay but I'm wondering if anyone does cheaper with this kind of volume. Not looking for TLO or anything where I have to go through a long application process, nor am I looking for one of the consumer type services that gives you 20 year old landline numbers. The quality of data I get from my current provider is pretty good.
