How to wholesale properties in North Jersey

Hello Everyone, 

I am very new to the game. I want to get into wholesaling properties. I am focusing on vacant properties. 

I did driving for dollar for a week straight and could not find anything. I then went to my city and asked for a list of the vacant properties. I then wrote down all the properties that were listed as not sold. I tried calling the owner listed buy 10/10 times it was a bank 

my question is where do I go from here. How do i find vacant properties ?
