What’s the most efficient way to get leads for wholesaling? I feel like I’ve been getting luck with mine and have been calling 80+ ppl and have only gotten at least one or two potential leads

Cold calling works, have you tried going to networking events? Online advertising is a great way to get leads passively. Try other investor meet up sites too.
