Hi BP family!

I have a young lady I met at a seminar and she said that she inherited a property that has 9k left to pay on it and dosen't need too much work, and she dosen't know how much she wants for it to sell. She stated her and her brother are the owners and they are very motivated to sell. What steps must I take to wholesale this property after I get my MAO? P.S this is my first potential deal! Thanks!
