Listsource giving bank owned properties
I bought a list of 500 absentee owner leads from Listsource to try it out. When I pulled the report of bank owned REOs, all 500 came up as being bank owned. I've read so much about REOs being more complicated and would really like a straightforward deal for my first deal. Is there a way to exclude bank owned leads in Listsource? I did exclude trustee-owned when I searched.
