Hello everybody.  I’m a real estate agent in Houston looking to move into the world of investing; specifically, wholesaling and rentals.  I’m starting to feel that being a licensed agent may be hindering my investment opportunities. I would love to talk to other licensed agent/broker investors that  could give me some insight Into the legalities and processes of investing while licensed.
