Making my first deal
I'm needing some help trying to locate the owners of properties. I have 3 or 4 houses that I've found that look like could be great deals if only I can get in touch with who owns them. Any help on best cost effective way to find owners? Even if it's a foreclosure.
This is the only thing in the way of me making my first deal. Any help is appreciated. I've tried calling courthouse but they never call me back. TIA!
