auction properties need advice!

I have someone out of state that contacted me from one of my ads he bought some houses from an auction that is located in my home state he and out of state investor. he aware that I'm a wholesaler because I told him and he looking to JV on the deals he sent me all the picture information and numbers of the property. besides finding a buyer to purchase, what do I need to do on my part, like contract wise and anything else that need to be done? ps. ( I'm still fairly new to wholesaling)
