Starting out with no money
I am wanting to get started, however I have been told that in my state OK, wholesaling has to be done with the intention of buying the property. I am not wanting to use my credit( due to debt to income) and dont have much cash under 10k to use. Is there any way to obtain financing through you llc?

@Michael Jones Yep, you need an equity partner, it's the easiest route. I wouldn't try to get fancy acquiring financing through an llc.
