NJ Attorney recommendation

I just found your incredible group, so hello!  My husband and I have our first wholesale deal ready to go under contract but it is a short sale.  We are having trouble finding an attorney who is comfortable with wholesaling and will perform a double close / simultaneous close.  Several have even told us that it is technically illegal to do this in NJ!  Any recommendations are welcome - we don't want to lose our first deal.  TIA - Kristen
