Wholesaling in the PNW

Posted

Hello, I have a few questions that I have not been able to find answers to in my area (Snohomish County) I am a new REI and am focusing on wholesaling. WA is a tax deed state and to my knowledge does not release a delinquent property tax list. I am curious as to how people find leads for properties in my area? Also what is the best way to go about finding info on properties. county websites provide a parcel number and sales list but many properties I look at are under an LLC. I go to the WA dept. of revenue and lookup the LLC to find a name but this doesn't always work. Is there an easier way to get the info? Thank you in advance for your help.
