Okay so I am trying to learn as much as I can, I have online classes for my real estate license in Texas already paid for from last summer. How urgent is getting my real estate license when I'm starting the wholesaling business?

I don't believe having your RE License is something that is needed at all to wholesale. Now, I say that as a preface to say that your RE License can help in that type of business. I think that if your goal is to start wholesaling, then focus on marketing, and building a buyers list. Hope that's helpful. If I can help you going forward, shoot me a DM and let's connect!
