Is anybody interested in manufactured homes with lot/land in San Antonio, Texas (or do you know of any buyers for this type of property)?  I'm wondering if there is any market for this on the investor / wholesaling side of things in this area.

Message me the details. I love mobile homes if I can buy them right. The key is negotiating so you're not overpaying and you won't then have to ask an unreasonable price if you decide to wholesale it. Let me know if you'd rather talk by phone instead.
