Wholesale Funding Troubles
I recently went to meet a seller about his properties. When we had our meeting, I told him I was going to get him a call the next day to talk numbers. After 15 mins of talking him down, I finally got a yes. I started to talk about the terms of the contract when he stopped me to ask if I had funding. I told him that I was an investor looking to make an assignment deal with him. Simply, he was not having it. I told him to think it over and, I will be calling him this Friday. How would you all go about this deal?
