First Deal Potential

Hey guys so my bandit signs came in yesterday and I got about 30 of them put out and already received 2 calls on potential leads. One a vacant commercial lot going into foreclosure, and the other a mobile home unit that's fully refurbished 3br/2ba, fully furnished and they have full equity and are asking almost half the ARV because of an immediate move situation. Are there investors out there that actually would be interested in a mobile home or is it a waste of time to try and help these people?
