Wholesaling in Florida

Hi, I’m getting into wholesaling in the Volusia county Florida area and I’m interested in talking with any successful wholesaler, not just ones in Florida. Ive taken the webinars, done the research, but I think speaking directly with someone who has experience in this field would be invaluable. Please comment if you fit the bill, It would really save me a lot of time.

Are you licensed? Do you plan on closing and then reselling?

Hi John, its very nice to have the chance to speak with a pro. To answer your question in short, no I do not plan on closing and reselling. I'm currently putting my efforts into wholesaling real estate, at this point just trying to figure out the most efficient marketing strategy. Essentially I want to find a property owner who is motivated to sell for one reason or another on a time crunch, and sign a purchase agreement with the owner for a deep discount so I can assign it to a cash buyer for a fee. I'm not a realtor, however a relationship with one is something I would value.

I think the reason John is asking is that what your describing is not legal in FLa. You may want to check with the real estate commission its free.

also not to pop your bubble but its a very very difficult thing to do these days.. not a lot of sellers are going for deep discounts.. but it can happen.. no doubt.. good luck.

If you want to broker real estate without a license here are the laws:
FL statute 475.42 and 475.43

He is an attorney that maybe can help you:
