Landing my first wholesale deal
I have just recently decided to jump head first into the REI. I want to start off with wholesaling and I know the first step is driving for dollars. I have found a few properties that seem to be vacant and I have also found the owners current address. What is the most effective way to reach these potential sellers? I am open to all tips and advice. Thank you in advance
