@Daniel Nann welcome to BP! While wholesaling is a viable strategy, be forewarned that many experienced investors consider it the most difficult arena in real estate. While it can be low cost to get in the door, it's high cost in terms of knowledge, networking, deal finding, and competition. It will require persistence and diligence should you decide to continue down that path. Best of luck to you!
