I'm new to the REI and I was wondering how can I work with what I'm dealing with? Meaning all the abandon house I come across the seller is asking for 15-20k, and the average comparable is only 25-40k. Most of the houses all need at least 15-20k in repairs. The houses that would be considered good deals are listed with realtors, I don't have a lot of money so a double close wouldn't work for me. I need help 😅. My city is very small and cheap. What would someone of you suggest?
