How should I structure my day to day routine as a new investor?
New RE investor here, about to close on my first fha financed duplex, which already has a tenant paying $845/m
I’m a real estate agent but I want to focus on investing
I’m 22 and have a lot of time on my hands and I need some advice from some of you guys on how to structure my day.
I want to begin wholesaling again. But I’m also trying to find and analyze rental deals
As well as help buyers/ and sellers being an agent.
How can I structure my day?
2019 goals
Acquire 6 rental units and do 20 wholesale deals.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
