When to use realtor in wholesaling? Yes? No?
Do you recommend using a realtor to supplement your efforts as a wholesaler? E.g. Use them to search MLS for distressed sellers, while you look at non-traditional avenues. If so, what kind of contract do we sign with them-- buyer's agent? or don't we? Do we also use them in finding the buyer to assign to? Or are we better of keeping the deal attractive (no brokers commission)? --just a newbie
