Cold Calling Skip Tracing
I am a new real estate investor in the Washington DC area. I recently got out of the Air Force and was looking to start my own business. I have done some direct mail with little success. I have posted 100 bandit signs along Allentown road near Camp Springs Maryland with little success. I have gone to real estate meet ups to only meet one qualified real estate investor that I can ask for help. I am now trying to cold call from a list with high equity homeoweners but the phone numbers are not good. I have a list of over 6000 for Temple Hills and 3,000 for Pethworth DC. What is the most cost effective way to obtain good numbers? Also I learn better in person so if anyone wants to meet up with me or even talk on the phone or face time I am 100 % down for that. I currently reside in Alexandria VA Thank you so much!
