Attorneys and and Title companies for wholesaling

Hello everyone I wanted to get some more insight on how attorneys and title companies work. I’m located in Greeley, CO and have called around to several real estate attorneys and title companies they don’t know about how assignment contracts work or double closings. Does anyone have any recommendations in the Greeley area? Or could I just use these services in Denver?
