When flipping a assignment contract is it a good move to have a llc company name or use your own name

@Darrell Paden I think a lot of new wholesalers get caught in that “build a buyers list” trap. A buyers list is important, dont get me wrong, but you should be out looking for deals first. If you have deals then the buyers are easy. Heck, BP has a marketplace-you can post your deals here. Dont get hung up on having a buyers list before you start looking for deals. And you can always do both at the same time!
