Wholesaling: Tittle Company v/s Attorney.

Jerson Fernandez
Posted

Hi everyone! I'm new to bigger Pockets and to real estate. I'm looking for a title company or an attorney that can handle assignment of contract ( I want to get started in wholesaling). Which one would you guys recommend? I've heard that attorneys can be a lot cheaper than working with a title company. Is that the general rule? I'm also currently looking to invest in Idaho ( Rexburg, Rigby, Idaho Falls and surroundings).  Does anyone have any good recommendations and/or referrals  for a title company/attorney that can handle assignment of contract? Thank you so much!!
