I’ve been wanting to get into wholesaling real estate but I want to soak up all the knowledge I can about the topic before I go and attempt it. Any good tips or advice? Or tips to understanding contracts and where to find cash buyers?

@William Kercher Step one would be to look into real estate law wherever you intend to do business.  In many locations, marketing a property or a contract to buy a property is a license-required activity.
