Ohio real estate laws.Do I need to be licensed to wholesale real

Hello gang.My name is James Armstrong and I'm a new member to BiggerPockets. I live and plan on investing in and around Cincinnati Area. I've heard from real estate agents that it's illegal to wholesale real estate in Ohio. Can anyone help clear up any mis understandings I might have regarding this topic. Thanks in advance.
