Best way to leverage being a Disposition Manager and RE Agent

Orlando Herrera
Posted

If you were hired as a disposition manager for a wholesaling company, but are also a licensed agent, how would you structure your business to best leverage your positions? While at the same time working within the law.

I would like to focus on being a buyers agent only, referring out any listings. While handling the disposition of wholesale deals and growing a buyers list. I can see where conflict of interest come in play when working with sellers, but what concerns do you have from the buy side?
